Each Box contains 3 packets of each step.
9 packets total. 
3x Step 1.
3x Step 2.
3x Step 3. 
Instructions:
Apply from root to middle of eyelashes for 8 minutes. Do not apply to tips of lashes. After 8 minutes take off and repeat for Step 2. After 8 minutes remove Step 2 and Apply Step 3 Nourishing oil. Leave Step 3 on the Eyelashes.
